On the very first blog, I choose to talk about a condition we all know as “Emotional Distress”, you know, that condition that makes us stay awake long after what is supposed to be our bedtime; the condition that makes our hearts ache, the condition that makes some of us go days without food, (and don’t even feel hungry), and some of us eat everything and anything that will bring temporary comfort to our hearts and bodies. This is a condition that is quite familiar to most of us, because we have experienced it in one way or another. I want us to talk about it because talking about it can sometimes bring relief to those suffering from it. I need help from readers of this blog. I need you guys to tell me your stories; your stories of Emotional Distress – how did it happen? Your stories of emotional fulfillment – how did you achieve it?
